1. Shipping Methods and Timelines
配送方法と納期

  1. We offer the following domestic shipping options: Standard Shipping: 1-5 days all over Japan, (excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa & and some other remote Islands). However, other external factors such as weather, natural disasters and others may affect our ordinary timeline.
    弊社では以下の国内配送オプションをご用意しております。 通常配送：全国一律1～5日（北海道、沖縄、その他離島を除く）。 ただし、天候や自然災害などの他の外部要因が、私た ちの通常のタイムラインに影響を与える可能性があります。
  2. For Hokkaido, Okinawa and other remote Islands, our ordinary delivery time will be 3 days to 7 days. However, other external factors such as weather, natural disasters and others may affect our ordinary timeline.
    北海道・沖縄・その他離島につきましては通常納期3日〜7日となります。 ただし、天候や自然災害などの他の外部要因が、私たちの通常のタイムラインに影響を与える可能性がありま す。
  3. For internationally providing items, delivery time will be different than domestically providing items, which will be mentioned in the product specified page or in the checkout flow page.
    海外提供商品の場合、国内提供商品と納期が異なりますので、商品指定ページまたはご購入手続きページに記載しております。



2. Order Processing Time
注文の処理時間

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days of receiving payment and order confirmation. Please note that order processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
注文は通常、支払いと注文確認を受け取ってから 1 ～ 2 日以内に処理され、発送されます。 繁忙期やプロモーション期間中は、ご注文の処理時間が長くなる場合がありますのでご了承ください。



3. Shipping Costs
配送料金について

In general, we offer free shipping all over Japan excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and some other Remote Islands. However, as for the shipping rates for items based on the categories the shipping conditions are different. Please kindly check the following tables.
通常、北海道・沖縄・その他離島を除き、日本全国送料無料となります。 ただし、カテゴリーに基づく商品の送料に関しては、配送条件が異なります。 以下の表をご確認ください。

Based on the product types & size, the shipping costs and policy may be different than as usual. However, the information will be mentioned in the product details page or in between the checkout process.

4. Order Tracking
注文追跡

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by entering the tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
ご注文の発送が完了すると、追跡番号が記載された発送確認メールが届きます。 当社の Web サイトまたは配送業者の Web サイトに追跡番号を入力すると、荷物の状況を追跡できます。


5. Undeliverable Packages
配達不能な荷物

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, refusal to pay customs duties, or other reasons beyond our control, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
お客様が提供した住所の間違い、関税の支払い拒否、その他当社の制御できない理由により、荷物が配送不能として当社に返送された場合、再発送の費用はお客様の負担となります。


6. Shipping Delays
納期遅延について

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
納期厳守に努めますが、天候、自然災害、運送業者の遅延など、当社の制御不能な要因による配送の遅延については責任を負いません。


7. Lost or Stolen Packages
荷物の紛失または盗難

If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
荷物が紛失または盗難にあった場合は、すぐにご連絡ください。 当社は運送業者と協力して問題を調査し、必要に応じて交換品を提供するか、返金を行います。
